Jerry Shafer is a competitive local cyclist with a passion for raising money to help fight Retinoblastoma, a rare form of eye cancer in children.  Jerry’s goal was to raise $10,000 for Retinoblastoma International, which is committed to supporting research, education, developing effective treatments, early diagnosis and awareness. Jerry’s passions combined as he attempted 3 Ultra Marathon Cycling Association Age Group Track Records (60-69 years old) on June 16, 2012.
